NOELLE RUGGIERI

Noelle Ruggieri is a Reno, NV based performer, choreographer and educator. They hold a BA in Dance and Geography from the University of Nevada, Reno and are currently working on their MSW with an emphasis in Arts Equity from the University of Denver. They have performed professionally with dance companies such as Around the Stage, Collateral & Co, With or Without Dance, and Rosie Herrera Dance Theatre.  They also a creative movement educator at Western High School to help students understand and embody a kinetic learning approach. Their own choreographic work is driven by queer themes in pop culture and magical realism to help emphasize ordinary vs. non sequitur trajectories.
